On January 19, 2022, Vadim Mats informed Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) as well as the Company’s compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee effective as of January 31, 2022. Mr. Mats’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.
