Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective April 29, 2022, Major General David R. Gust, USA, Ret., resigned as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of LogicMark, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and joined the Company’s advisory board. General Gust was also a member of the Board’s audit and corporate governance and nomination committees and was the Chair of the Board’s compensation committee.
