Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
The 2022 annual general meeting of shareholders of FREYR Battery, a corporation in the form of a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg (“FREYR Battery” or “the Company”) will be held on June 15, 2022.
On May 20, 2022, FREYR Battery made available to its shareholders its convening notice and proxy statement in respect of its annual shareholders meeting and the form of proxy to be solicited by the Company, which are each attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
