On Monday, June 20, 2022, DocGo Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. As of the close of business on April 25, 2022, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 100,345,233 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
