Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: SYTA/SYTAW) (“Siyata” or the “Company”), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and cellular signal booster systems, announced that Two Way Direct, Inc., a reseller of two-way radios and push-to-talk over cellular, is now a distributor of Siyata's mission-critical PoC (MCPTT) SD7 solution and its broad range of accessories. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
