(the “Company”) will hold its Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices in Petah Tikva, Israel. The deadline for voting for holders of American Depositary Shares of the Company who may vote at the meeting without attending in person has been extended to 12:00 p.m. EDT on August 10, 2023.
