Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 5, 2020, Monitronics International, Inc. ("Monitronics" or the "Company", doing business as Brinks Home SecurityTM), issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it will release its results for the three months ended March 31, 2020 after the market closes on Thursday, May 14, 2020. The Company will host a conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. ET. Participating on the call will be William Niles, the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Fred Graffam, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary. During the call, management will provide an update on the Company's financial results as well as other matters impacting the business including the Company's continued response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX – May 5, 2020 – Monitronics International, Inc. and its subsidiaries, doing business as Brinks Home Security™, (“Brinks Home Security” or the “Company”) (OTC: SCTY) will issue a press release to report its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020 after the market closes on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
