Conformis, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 27, 2020. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The Company’s stockholders elected Philip W. Johnston and Michael D. Milligan as class II directors to serve until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified.
