(b) On February 8, 2023, Marne L. Levine informed Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) of her decision to resign from her position as Chief Business Officer of Meta. Ms. Levine will step down from her position as Chief Business Officer effective February 21, 2023, and thereafter will remain an employee of Meta during a transition period expected to conclude in the summer of 2023.
