Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 26, 2016, Donald Getty, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) passed away unexpectedly.   Walter Geldenhuys, the remaining member of the Board of Directors, will serve as the sole director of the Company until a successor to Mr. Getty is duly qualified and appointed.
