Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management

Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation


On May 1, 2014, the Company filed with the Florida Secretary of State, Articles of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) which changed the name of the Company from Thunder Fusion Corporation to Thunder Energies Corporation.  The Amendment also changed the principal office address of the Company to 1444 Rainville Road, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689.
