On May 3, 2022, the board of directors of Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (the “Company”) determined that the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders will be held virtually on Friday, July 29, 2022. Additional information concerning the meeting will be included in the Company’s proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
