On February 13, 2020, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company’s common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on April 17, 2020 to shareholders of record on April 3, 2020.

Keurig Dr Pepper Declares Quarterly Dividend

BURLINGTON, MA and PLANO, TX (February 13, 2020) — Keurig Dr Pepper (NYSE: KDP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company’s common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on April 17, 2020 to shareholders of record on April 3, 2020.
