Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers, Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) John W. Crites, II voluntarily resigned his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Summit Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) effective September 8, 2023. In connection with his decision, Mr. Crites advised that he had no disagreements with the Company. The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Crites for his many years of service to the Company and substantial contributions to the Board.
