ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On March 13, 2012, Novus Robotics Inc., formerly known as Ecoland International Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada(the “Company”), filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State to change its name to “Novus Robotics Inc.” (the Name Change”). Management of the Company desires to attach to this Current Report on Form 8-K its articles of incorporation and all amendments thereto, including designation of series of preferred stock, as an exhibit on behalf of its investors.
