Item 8.01 Other Events.
As previously announced in July 2020, on October 8, 2020 Singlepoint Direct Solar LLC (referred to as “Direct Solar of America”, a subsidiary of Singlepoint Inc.) finalized an agreement with the principals of Standard Eco LLC, a developer and installer of grid-tied solar electric systems in Texas, Illinois, and Arizona, to create a multiple licensed entity in order to leverage the expansion of Direct Solar of America’s national solar footprint to 38 states. A singular entity or multiple entities, majority owned by Direct Solar of America will be created depending on certain business considerations, along with profit sharing, incentive and distribution arrangements.
