On June 21, 2021, Ammo, Inc. (the “Company”) reported revenue guidance for the quarterly period and fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release issued by the Company in this connection is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On June 18, 2021, Mr. Steven Hilko submitted to the Board of Directors of the Company his resignation, effective immediately, from his position as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hilko did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
