On June 15, 2022, our former largest shareholder, Hippophae Limited, transferred all 1,977,764 of its ordinary shares to our Chairman and CEO, Yongwei Hu, and his spouse. Following these transfers, Mr. Hu holds 1,603,652 of our ordinary shares, and his spouse holds 374,112 ordinary shares. Mr. Hu and his spouse are the shareholders of Hippophae Limited. Accordingly, no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares has occurred.
