Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On January 20, 2023, OTC Markets Group announced that American Battery Technology Company (the “Company”) has been approved for trading on the OTCQX® Best Market (the “OTCQX Market”), transferring from the OTCQB® Venture Market. The Company began trading on the OTCQX Market effective as of the opening of trading on Friday, January 20, 2023, retaining its current symbol, “ABML.”

 

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
