Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 17, 2023, Robert Ruffolo resigned as a director of Aridis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”). Following more than six years of service to the Company, Dr. Ruffolo is retiring for personal family reasons and from being a director on other boards that he served on.
