Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 12, 2021, Aptiv PLC (the "Company") announced that David M. Sherbin, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, is retiring from Aptiv on April 1, 2021 after more than 15 years with the Company serving in that role.
