Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 25, 2021, David Paja informed Aptiv PLC (the “Company”) that he was resigning his position as Senior Vice President and President, Advanced Safety and User Experience to pursue another professional opportunity. He will be leaving the Company on a mutually acceptable date to facilitate a smooth transition. Glen De Vos, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, will assume the additional role of President, Advanced Safety and User Experience on an interim basis effective immediately, until the Company appoints a successor for Mr. Paja. The Company thanks Mr. Paja for his contributions.
