FAIRPORT, NY, April 22, 2022 Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), (“Manning & Napier” or “the Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about May 20, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2022.
