(b) Resignation of Michael S. Bishop from the Position of Treasurer
On June 15, 2022, Michael S. Bishop, the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of FuelCell Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) resigned from his position as Treasurer of the Company. In connection with his resignation, the Board of Directors of the Company promoted and appointed Gregory Adams to the role of Senior Vice President, Finance, Risk Management and Treasurer of the Company, reporting to Mr. Bishop. Mr. Bishop will remain in his positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will continue to serve as the Principal Financial Officer and the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company.
