Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 30, 2022, representatives of Maxar Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) spoke at the 2022 BofA Securities Leveraged Finance Conference in Boca Raton, FL (the “Conference”). A webcast of the event was scheduled to be accessible on the Investor Section of the Company’s website but due to a technical error by the conference provider, the webcast was not accessible live. A replay of the webcast is now available on the Investor Section of the Company’s website: http://investor.maxar.com/events-and-presentations/default.aspx. During the Conference, Biggs C. Porter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, confirmed that the Company continues to expect the shipment of the first WorldView Legion satellites to be in December 2022 and the first launch of the WorldView Legion satellites to be in January 2023. In addition, Mr. Porter discussed that the Company had confirmed with SpaceX, its launch provider, a launch window supporting a January 2023 launch and that the launch will be made from the Vandenburg Space Force Base in California.
