On January 30, 2019, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) had declared a $0.01 per common share quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is payable on February 28, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2019. The declaration of any future dividends is subject to the Board’s discretion.

Staffing 360 Solutions Initiates Quarterly Cash Dividend
NEW YORK, January 30, 2019 - Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. ( NASDAQ: STAF ), a company executing an international buy-integrate-build strategy through the acquisition of staffing organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom, today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a dividend program under which we intend to pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share to holders of our common stock. The first $0.01 per share dividend is payable on February 28, 2019 to shareholders of record as of February 15, 2019.
