On April 22, 2020, Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of outstanding common stock payable on May 21, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Armstrong World Industries Declares Cash Dividend for First Quarter 2020
LANCASTER, Pa., Apr. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE:AWI), a leader in the design, innovation and manufacture of commercial and residential ceiling, wall and suspension system solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the first quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on May 21, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2020.
The declaration and payment of future dividends and capital allocations will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be dependent upon, among other things, the company's financial position, results of operations and cash flow.
