On May 19, 2020, County Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 19, 2020 to shareholders of record on June 5, 2020. A copy of the press release issued on May 21, 2020 announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

COUNTY BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND
Manitowoc, WI, May 21, 2020 – County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICBK), the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on May 19, 2020 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 19, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 5, 2020.
“We are very pleased to be able to maintain our dividend payment in these unprecedented times. It reflects our commitment to returning shareholder value, as well as our confidence in our future outlook,” stated Tim Schneider, President of the Company and CEO of the Bank.
