On January 11, 2021, County Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter of 2020 and year-ended December 31, 2020, after the market closes on January 21, 2021, and host an earnings call on January 22, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. CDT. A copy of the press release issued on January 11, 2021, which includes details regarding the conference call, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

COUNTY BANCORP, INC. TO HOST EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

Manitowoc, WI, January 11, 2021 – County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICBK), the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced today that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2020 after the market closes on January 21, 2021.

The company will host an earnings call at 8:30 AM CDT on January 22, 2020.  Timothy J. Schneider, President; Glen L. Stiteley, Chief Financial Officer; David C. Coggins, Chief Banking Officer; John R. Fillingim, Chief Credit Officer; and Matthew R. Lemke, Chief Retail and Deposit Officer will present.  Shareholders, analysts, and other interested parties are invited to join the call.
