On August 20, 2021, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.12 per share payable to shareholders of record on September 10, 2021. This dividend will be paid on September 24, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 33%
CONROE, Texas, Aug. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXB) (the "Company"), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that on August 19, 2021 its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend for the Company's common stock by 33% to $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 10, 2021.
