Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 13, 2020, Barbara Bitzer notified Foundation Building Materials, Inc. (the "Company") of her intention to resign as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Ms. Bitzer's resignation will be effective as of May 12, 2020.
