Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 20, 2021, Cardiff Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Dr. Mark Erlander, chief executive officer of the Company, will present and participate in one-on-one investor meetings at the Jefferies Virtual Healthcare Conference taking place June 1-4, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
