Disclosure.
On November 4 2020, Dynatronics Corporation issued a press release
to announce that it would release its earnings and results
of operations of its fiscal year first quarter ended
September 30, 2020 on November 12, 2020 and hold a conference call
with management to discuss the results. A copy of the release is
attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information set
forth under this Item 7.01 and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is
deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be
“filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act,

Dynatronics Schedules Conference Call to Report
Results for First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021
Eagan, MN (November 4, 2020) – Dynatronics
Corporation (NASDAQ:DYNT), a leading manufacturer of
athletic training, physical therapy, and rehabilitation products,
today announced that the Company will release financial results of
its fiscal year first quarter ended September 30, 2020 before the
market opens on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
The
Company also will hold a conference call at 8:30 AM ET on Thursday,
November 12, 2020, to discuss the results with analysts and
institutional investors. The call will include remarks by
management as well as questions and answers. Interested persons may
