A shareholder returned seven million three hundred seventy thousand, (7,370,000) common stock shares to Odyssey Health, Inc. The shares were received by our transfer agent and returned to treasury on July 27, 2022. All rights, title and interest in the shares were relinquished. From December 2021 to July 2022, twenty three million one hundred seventy-nine thousand five hundred seventy-eight (23,179,578) shares of Odyssey common stock has been returned to treasury.
