Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On March 28, 2022, Mark Triplett informed Stem, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will step down as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective April 15, 2022, for personal reasons. The Company expects that, upon Mr. Triplett’s retirement from the Company, he will enter into an agreement whereby Mr. Triplett will provide advisory services for a period of at least six months to facilitate an orderly transition.
